State of Origin
Anybody still watching it?
Bloody Qld went in the favourites & have only managed to make one try stick.
They have muffed 3 more & even gave one away in the process.
Talk about giving the underdogs some encouragement.Cliff.
If you find a post of mine that is missing a pic that you'd like to see, let me know & I'll see if I can find a copy.

Yeap.
But what crappy football????
The coach kicked their bum at half time so they came out & played flat out for 15 minutes & then coasted.
I have seen better games that were more entertaining than that one for sure.Cliff.

What's that old saying about good sides can win even when they don't play well. Qld had a great second half, Price, Thurston, Lockyer, Civo, Berrigan, all played blinders for the second half. Shame about the first half, but even then, the Price try being ruled a forward pass was a joke and we could have scored another 2. Now if only we can take the lessons from that into the second game it should be a massacre. Mind you, NSW need to replace a few of theirs - just didn't have the same intensity. I thought Minicello played well for them as a standout, and Bailey had a great first half.
Its great to be a Queenslander!Bob C.
Never give up.

Let me preface this comment by saying that Queensland Rugby League teamis a bunch of namby pamby nancy girls.
I thought the score was flattering. NSW was allowed a try I don't think was grounded, Qld got nabbed for a forward pass which I don't think was. All this made the 18-6 half time score look like there was a game on. Every time QLd got near NSW line they looked like scoring.
NSw has some bloody serious work to do if they don't look like a bunch of nambyh pamby nancy girls.Boring signature time again!

That first kick by thurston for inglis to score was brilliant. But I did think steve price should've been man of the match.

G'day Benny,
Ya uneducated git.
There's more to life in Antartica than Eddie, Sam and AFL - sheesh.
AFL - "Please don't hit me?". "I wouldn't dream of it chap".
NRL - "Come here ya barsteward, I wanna hit ya!". "OK, ave a go ya mug"
