Oh Vann, if only you knew, l have 2 already and another to be picked up soon, that one shown is a very early one, 1940s, the l.s.barker cursive writing on the side and motor slung on the outside of the frame are a good indication. In the late 1950s Barker moved the motors inside the cast frame and added a locking handle and brake.
