Frog warning
With the march of the cane toad over an ever increasing are of Australia
It has become apparent, to me at least, that all of us should learn to identify
this pest and eliminate it if possible.
However, let's make sure we know with what we are dealing. SWMBO, a frog
enthusiast, came in the other night and announced that there was a huge cane
toad on the front steps. Sir Gallahad here goes to do battle, has the waddy raised
ready to strike when he determines that the profile is not that of a cane toad, but
a frog!! A large green frog no less!!
I try to make a point of carrying a torch outside at night for the very purpose of
identifying frogs and cane toads. Don't want to smite the worthy!!!

Had a run in with a BIG cane toad sitting at the garage door last night. It somehow ran into a Dettol shower on the way through and was definitely the last guy on this page. I can't see why he thought the garage door was a threat though.
