Hey guys,

I know a few of you here have done it before, so I'm seeking advice from those people on how to build your own cupboard doors. I remember seeing Pulse came up with a killer kitchen and made the doors himself.

I know I need to use 18mm MDF sheeting for the look I want. In particular I'd like advice on the best way to cut it, seal it and the painting process?

I must admit I've no experience on the spraying front so that's probably the biggest hurdle. I'm re-doing my kitchen in an apartment that will be rented out in time, so it does not need to be the best job money can buy (otherwise I'd be paying someone to do it) but rather I want to learn how it's done - make mistakes along the way - as I'm planning on doing it for a few more places over coming years...once I buy them, that is

Cheers
Greg
