Rough Price Guide second story Perth
G'day, first post etc etc. But here goes.
I have no doubt I'll get the "how long is a piece of string" answer from a few, but I am just trying to get a sense of a fair cost per square meter for:
In suburban perth looking at adding a second story onto a 1989 built double brick and concrete tile building. Probably will add 1 WC and bathroom (shower) but basically a large open plan area with a balcony on one end. All up I am thinking between 70 and 100 square metres on the second story.
For cost and load, will need to look at hardy plank based construction.
Anyway - anyone done someting similar and can offer a rough idea of how much this will cost ?
Cheers
nickbo
