    Default Mixed hardwood bed finish???

Building a platform bed out of mixed hardwood decking.
Thinking about using an oil finish.
Anyone got some advice on what oil to use.

    Cheers.

I'd be using a natural Scandinavian oil such as the stuff by Organoil myself. Nice smell, with a bit of durability. Would be interested to hear other thoughts though.

    Thumbs up

because these finishes also seem to be "made" for our hardwoods in that they give the right sort of lustre.
