Can't edit signature, details etc

I've just tried to edit my signature and get the following message:

Sawdust Maker, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

I can get to the user CP page without a problem. I can also look at any of the subscribed threads.

Not sure if others are having similar problems

If I was into conspiracy theories I'd say someone doesn't like me

Have a go now. Permissions were set wrong in Special Reg usergroup.

Try it even if Noel has changed it, so I at least know it's working.
