I hope this is in the right section, apologies if it is not.

Our rammed earth house has eleven foot ceilings, but no picture rails. We would like to install them so that we can finally hang our pictures, without putting holes in the walls.

From what I have read, we would fix them to the wall with masonry fittings.

I do wonder what height they should be at though? Thank you.
