Help with my inefficient Heat Charm III heater
I have a heat charm III heater that is set into our fireplace. It just doesnt work efficiently even when we run the fire 24 hours a day.
I have tried changing all of the vent settings, different fuels, fan on or off etc. etc.
Could it be blocked up somewhere? Do i clean out the fan? There is a vent at the back that goes into one of our kitchen clubs. Should that be open or closed?
Does anyone know how to get the face off of the unit so that I can check if the fan is blocked up?
