    Default washing machine problem.

Gday guys. I have a problem with our washing machine. It will do all its proper tasks until it getts around to the spin cycle and it just wont do it. When it gets to the spin cycle it goes into the wash cycle (with no water). Is there something wrong in the switch or something maybe? Occationally it will work properly and spin but 90 % of the time it wont spin. Any advise will be great. PS It is a top loader simpsom 4.5kg esprit washing machine.

mako, there was a similar thread earlier this year about a Fischer Pykel. It had a link to a UK forum that was set up for washing machines.

Good time to save water and trade up to a front loader.
If at first you don't succeed, give something else a go. Life is far too short to waste time trying.
