Finish for brushbox
Hi, just bought some Brushbox flooring to make a desk top. Was considering using a burnishing oil,any thought's or advice on this? was looking at synteko natural oil. Will add some photo's soon as I can upload them.

Better off with a solvent sealer then follow with a top coat either water or poly, brush box acts funny needs a solvent sealer to bring colours out

Middle pic is raw and the other's are just rubbed with some turp's, what sort of color will the burnishing oil bring out? just looking for opinion's and advice as I want to make the most of it and get a durable finish. what grit should I go down to?
so any advice will be greatly appreciated, I have a couple of sander's to use too, Festo rectangular orbital,and air orbital disc sander,a 9inch polisher.

Thank's, I was originally thinking of simply wood care floor gloss,used it in the past on a floor.but was hoping for something easy to maintain and touch up.
