Default New Format - Avatars on the side or top ?

Well, master has asked for it , and what master wants, master gets.
    (except the precious )

Some debate has been raging about the latest change to the format, in particular the placing of the Avatars in a new banner across the top of each post.

Previously, they were in a box on the side.

    The question is simple.

Do you like them on top as they are now, or do you prefer them on the side as they were.

I think he should put it where he likes it no matter what this poll says.

I am just pleased that I am allowed to use this forum as a learning tool. How it looks, how it works or how it is policed is not for me to have an opinion on.

Make it look however you wish I for one am just happy that is exists.

P.S. I am not afraid of change ..... perhaps others are .....

Can't it be user-configurable? The technology is capable (it's how it was before), so why not make it an optional preference?
Those are my principles, and if you don't like them . . . well, I have others.

I am going to vote on the other poll. This one doesn’t count.
