Hi all. I'm having some problems with Dulux Weathershield Gloss (acrylic). The problem is that I am getting some seriously big bubbles when/after the paint dries. The colour is very dark blue, so the surface (handrails) gets hot when the sun is on it. But I have not been painting during the hottest part of the day. For example, this morning I did some at about 8.30-9.00 am, and it wouldn't have got over 25 C today (in Brisbane). But the bubbling is still really bad. The timber is several years old.

When I got some bubbles the first time (a few weeks ago), I sanded the whole lot back to bare timber, and used Dulux Professional Premium Total Prep sealer. But, if anything, the bubbles are worse the second time!

Any ideas? :? I have tried contacting Dulux but the web form on their webpage returns and error, and there are no other contact details. Very helpful, thanks Dulux.
