Thank you sir, Too many blokes; tradies, veterans and first responders in the past have a “bullet proof” attitude.
Family and health suffered badly for not attending to good mental health along with debriefing and professional support.
I hope folks have been brave enough to firstly view Brian’s YouTube video but more importantly do something like he did to get his life back on track.
