link as a tip
Hello,
Occasionally I see here wondering and even humble requests for some help to solve some problems in geometrics. That's why I think this web link is not just a link, it is more like a tip.

These are Java Applets animations you can run step-by-step or as a continuous animation. You need Java installed in your browser to see them online.
These applets are showing how simple geometry problems can be solved by using just a pair of compasses and a ruler. These do not solve actual questions in fine woodworking or machining, but will sometimes help greatly in assisting sketching and in checking out possibilities. Also as a source of inspiration, perhaps. There is more under "Index".
I am not saying everybody needs to know these. No. But sometimes it is helpful to know where these can be found if there is need for such information. One more tip in a toolbox is usually not that bad thing to possess .
