Vents on inside of double brick house
Hi guys,
i have a double brick house built around 1950-60s. In every room there are 2 vents inside up the top of the wall, near the ceiling. What purpose do they serve? can i cover and seal them up? I seem to have alot of dust inside, so i am thinking the dust maybe be blowing in from the vents.
I have done a bit of a search and it seems to be ok to seal them up, but i thought i'd double check!
cheers
