Hi Anto and welcome to the forum,
I cant help with a manual but bevel up is correct. This is basically how I set my jointer. On the video he moves the ruler about 7mm but if you have no adjustment for the outfeed table like me then about 3 or 4mm will do it.

Welcome to the Hyco Club Anto.... I am restoring one of these at the moment.... Getting manuals are almost impossible but they will be the same as most jointers to set up.

Thanks Gaza - it is a great machine - from my grandfather in about 1940s. i think i have worked it out with the help of some YouTube videos. i did give it a polish and finished with some paraffin oil - looks a treat.
