condensation in bedrooms
My daughters house is south facing with a gental slope to the front of the house. The two bedrooms in the front of the house has bad condensation even the room that a two year old sleeps in.It seems that this is a old problm as when the moved in the previous owner had left those ball things that suck up the moisture, goes to show how good those inspections are before you buy the house.
The house is built in a heavy soil I have checked and found no broken drainage pipes, or broken tiles on the roof, it seems that ther is a number of terracotta air vents along the front of the house but they seem quite high, maybe they are to high and not giving cross venterlation. I have not been under the house but I believe, acoring to my son in law that along the front of the house there is some sort of high tide mark left by water in the past how high this is and how old I don't know, I had thought of running a aggi pipe down the full length of the house the cheapest and easyiest for starters
