japanese garden
I was thinking about having a go at doing a Japanese style garden....Nothing super serious. One of the things i really like is the idea of having flowing water running through the middle of the garden.
Anyone got any sites that tell you how to go about doing the water part of the garden.

I haven't seem any sites, but then I do most of my garden planning in the garden with a cuppa and book.
Lots of good books on the subject in the Library.
Are you looking for technical or design/philosophy info?

clinton1 is right . If you have a reasonable library close to where you live
check it out. If you ever come up to Sydney there is a very big japanese bookshop called Kinokuniya opposite the QVB in the CBD . They stock the biggest range of all things japanese in book form in Australia. For some reason , apart from a home page there is no web presence.
