Table Saw tricks & tips suggestions
Hey
Was wondering if there were any tip or some general table saw advice about table saws or the Bosch GTS10J table saws ( in particular, which I now have)
Advice such as invaluable add-on's like this (or is it?)

or any MUST do's or don'ts
Any tip/advice would be gratefully appreciated
Thanks.

Yep - I've also got a digital gauge and it's helpful for setup - both for ensuring the blade is at 90 degrees and for adjusting angled cuts (although a good quality square will suffice for basic alignment). The best accessory for mine has been a crosscut sled - there's heaps of variants on YouTube - many of which in my view are overbuilt and try to accommodate too many features. I like the simple design like this one: https://youtu.be/NS3auUv7NBA

could you recommend a digital gauge? brand or model?
A sled will definitely be one of my seconds projects. I have already acquired a heap of plans, guides and articles,
Also need to work out an accurate measure of where to cut (the sled will help here) at the mo i have made a pencil mark that lines up with the saw.

I have the Carbatec version of that and not very happy with it. Although it works just fine, if I leave the battery in it when I store it away the battery goes flat. Seems like it is one of those digital things that only turns off the display and not the entire unit. Thought I was saving a few dollars when I brought it, but now wish I had brought the Wixey
