Hi, A house just down the road was demolished a few weeks ago. However, now the work has started to get the ground work done. However, I have never seen this done before - not that I have been around many building sites - where big boulders of rock are being broken up by a large jack hammer. I presume these will be used for the foundation of the new building(s), would that assumption be correct? Cheers MH
