Thanks pipeclay
Just want to mentiom that we have a wonderful forum and members.
After some time I decided to finish my working model of a hit & miss engine but found that getting a piece of cast iron was near impossible where I am and online most was too small diam.
While commenting on the metalwork forum about lack of stuff in the bush pipeclay offered to get some for me at cost plus post. 
Well couldn't have asked for a better outcme so I am publicly thanking yoy Mr Clay
It amazes me that in this day and age we still have a forum that not only helps members but cares for them as well as seen in 'hatches etc' and by way of comments about the health etc of members.

Thats what I like about this forum. It's a real Aussie forum, were if a mate needs a hand he gets it.
