I am in the process of installing a new kitchen consisting of some bunnings cabinets and a custom built oven cabinet. I picked up the oven today and it has a section in the manual that says the minimum dimensions required for the cabinet and that if these are followed, no additional cooling or ventilation is required. The only bit in the installation manual that concerns me is the paragraph that says: "The oven must be installed in a housing that has been built to withstand temperatures...
