Oil Advice

Hi
I have used 'Timbre Plus' premium oil base coating on some western red cedar doors and Cypress pine posts. I was just wondering if it would be ok to apply a different oil on top of that to get a darker finish as the current colour is a bit to orange/yellow..? Would prefer if it was a bit darker to match the spotted gum deck that I have.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

I can't help you with adding another finish etc, but what I do know is that Red Cedar darkens with age. So if it's exposed to the sun, expect it to darken.
