    Default Google Directions

    Follow these steps (in order of course)

    1. go to www.google.co.uk

    2. click on maps

    3. click on get directions (top right)

    4. go from "new york" to "london, england"

    5. scroll down in the directions to number 24

    6. laugh !




    and if you are to lazy here is number 24
    24. Swim across the Atlantic Ocean 3,462 miles

    Even better, click on the number (24).

    It shows you exactly where to jump off the pier.
    If at first you don't succeed, give something else a go. Life is far too short to waste time trying.

    On the other hand, Melbourne to Hobart puts you on the Bass Strait ferry.

    It doesn't seem to know about air travel, but they are after all driving directions.
    Those are my principles, and if you don't like them . . . well, I have others.
