Tiger chair 2
Just finished tiger chair number 2.
Posted tiger number 1 on 22nd May in the "Big stuff'' section for some reason. (still getting use to this forum).
They aren't really that "big'' so thought this is a better section to put it.
Incidentally there sure are lots of sections on this forum!.
Anyway, as I like not to make completely identical chairs this one is more or less a mirror image (reversal) of the one posted before.
The inlay stripes of King billy pine on the backrest (that are loosely based on Tasmanian tiger/thylacine stripes) worked a bit easier on this one.
On the first one they were a bit of a battle to get right, which is why they go deeper.
Lots of hand work (and hours) in these chairs but pretty stoked that people sometimes buy them.DSCF3268.JPGDSCF3271.JPGDSCF3270.JPG

I do have some wip shots but for some reason they wont upload. There is a red dot with an exclamation mark next to it in the selected file box.
Anyone know what that means?
