Order of renovations
I'm renovating a 100 year old 2 bedroom double brick house. Its requires the following : new ceilings, painting all interior, sanding and painting floorbaords, new carpet in 2 rooms, plumbing, installation of kitchen and bathroom, new gas water, new electrical and repairs/or removal of double brick wall as its cracking and to create open plan.
My questions is :
What is the best order ?
How long roughly shall it take?
Do i need to get a enginer to inpects cracked double brick wall ?
Any recommendations etc ? As i'm totally new to this?
