Drill press capstan
Hi, I have a second hand TOOLMAC drill press (16 speed mod.# 82532408). Two of the arms have a stripped thread and so are wobbly. I've tried thread repair epoxy and winding thin copper shim on the thread but neither has been successful.
Can anyone help whether a new capstan can be purchased for this model?
Thanks,
Malthemender (can't mend my drill press though)

Use or have someone fit Helicoils - good as new - or better.

Thanks Joe I'll follow that up. Haven't used them before so I'll need to do some homework!
All the best
