understanding boundary survey
Hi Guys,
I'm replacing a fence tomorrow and just need to check the location. The boundary survey left me a bit confused.
does (0.18) mean the fence is currently 0.18 on the neighbours side of the boundary?
I presume wall-Bdy 0.08 means the wall is 8cm from the boundary
I don't really know what "wall 0.17 clear" means. There is a concrete retaining wall 25cm wide up the back that the fence was sitting on top of. I'm hoping that this means the face of the retaining wall is 17cm on my side, hence core drilling the fence 17 cm from the face will centre it on the boundary.
Hope someone can help.
I've copied the rear boundary as best I can.
cheers
