Grinding back screed, then what?
Hi, Been informed by tile removal guy that he will have to grind down a previous screed before timber can go down. Then timber flooring guy needs to do something before he can lay new flooring.
Question. What happens after the screed is removed? Does moisture barrier go straight down on exposed concrete? Or is there a new levelling or concrete skin or other treatment that needs to go down first?
Cheers,
