Congratulations, Neil & Steven.
The forum speed is super. I went and posted at my 5 to 6 box thread in Box Making and was astounded at the speed it loaded compared to the UK forum I also visit.

I have to add my thanks also. Here I have been blaming my ISP and my satellite connection for the slow loading of forum pages but from my view now it is lightening fast.
Maybe you could show Telstra and Bigpond how to speed up their page loading.

Part of the new faster speed will most likely be to do with the massive new super-duper hard drive the forums was shifted on to in the last week. That and the fact that we've moved the many gb of attachments off the forum database onto their own server.
We're trying to get it right and hopefully having the odd success. There's more to come and with luck it won't be as messy as this upgrade of the forums has been.

It certainly is a lot faster, and I haven't had a "Server is busy" for a while now. Great stuff
(but please, please bring back iSpy, I feel like I am using the forum with one hand tied behind my back!)

Thank you DJ, I was starting to think I had imagined that iSpy had disappeared. I must admit I haven't been on the forum much during the day as we have been out most of the day. I certainly didn't see it tonight till Greg pointed out where it had been moved to.
No matter, I can use both arms again.
