G'day!
G'day everyone. I am in Perth and have no woodworking experience/skills at all.
My three year old son recieved a "tool kit" from his grandfather for Christmas. Rather than watch a variety of household furniture succumb to a 3yr old and his enthusiastic tools i tried to get ahead of the game and mangled together a wooden workbench for him. Though the result was marginally shy of impressive it has provided a bit of an itch that im looking to scratch.
I hope the joining of this forum might assist me with my "itch"?
As i'm very new to this i hope you all can find the patience to answer or if need be ignore my future probably dubious questions.
Finally thank you to all contributers past and future to this forum. You provide an opportunity to learn things i would otherwise probably never have even attempted.
G'day again from sunny Perth
Ian

Hi Ian and welcome to the forum. Just fire away when you have any questions. Thats what it's all about.
Reality is no background music.

Welcome to the forum Ian. There are great folks here from all levels of the skills spectrum and they don't seem to mind dumb questions - I've certainly tested that theory!
Woodworking with my Dad resulted in some of the greatest memories of my childhood.
Love to see a photo of the bench.
