swallows in the shed
The shed is all steel, one of those kits. It's been up about a year now and the swallows have moved in! I'm trying to find a VERY cheap & easy method to stop the ******s nesting. I used D'ter but it only lasted about 6 months and it makes a mess too. The birds perch on the 'brim' of the top hats. So far the cheapest I have thought of is cheap poly tarp strained up under the roof on fencing wire. Another is foil sarking but its dearer and even more fiddly. I should say its a farm shed 12m x 7m and 4m high at the peak. The dear little things s**t a lot and I want to take away their perches rather than a ceiling. Any ideas?
