Default bathroom screed before or after wall frames

Renovating a house that had termite damage so reframing the house, planning on bathroom floor with micro-cement. Does one screed before frames are stood or after?

After, otherwise you will need to cut your wall frames to suit the fall to get them level. You also typically screed after the wall linings are installed with waterproofing done first but can be after as well
