National nails
I was down at my local Mitre 10 a few weeks ago when one of the staff was telling me that National nails are no more. Apparently the factory on Brisbane's north side has been closed and National have been taken over by Otter and production has been moved off shore. Looks like another aussie product seems to have gone by the wayside.

Damn,
Anyone want to buy some National nail boxes, at least 10+ years old full of nails? It's a sad day when a Australian company. more so when it's a Qld
company is sold off.

Damn shame, I suppose they weren't selling enough product, unable to compete with cheaper imports.( yet again)
