Issues viewing images & accessing account

Hey Guys,

New member here. We're having some issues viewing images & attachments, and also accessing out own profile. Getting a message reading:

You do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
   

Assuming we might need our account activated, anything we need to do?

You should be able to see everything now, have registered you now.

Note: after registration step, received email to complete registration and got message 'you are now registered' or something to that effect. TIA for getting me set up.
