Band saw sharpening tools?
Hi everyone,
I found a box in my father's shed labelled 'saw doctoring'. Inside were around 15 of these hardwood rollers and other small bits and pieces. There was also what looks like a section of a large bandsaw (probably from a mill), along with templates that matched the teeth on the saw. Could someone confirm whether these would be used for bandsaw sharpening? A friend suggested that the rollers are just for feeding timber, but I don't think so... Please see pictures attached.
Many thanks in advance,
Manny

Bandsaw ?.
Hi Manny,
Is that piece of blade, attached to that other piece with the 2 U shaped bits, or is the Blade just sitting on top the newish piece.
If attached, it looks like it might come from a Drag Saw.Regards,
issatree.

The blade is sitting on top of the rollers and that other piece is sitting underneath. Not sure what that other piece is, I should have taken a better photo!
