    Default Hi from Durham England

I am an recently retired wrinkly who has started to learn woodwork. I also collect old tools -- mostly Marples and am always on the lookout for any info about them or thier tools. I need to learn an awful lot to even become average so I like to lurk on forums like this!

G'Day & Welcome to the Great Southern Land and to a top forum "Sam".
There are quite a few members from the UK, across the Europe and the rest of the world.....
You'll find a heap of helpful & knowledgeable blokes & ladies on the forum and for most very willing to assist.
Especially a top mob of blokes on the toymaking & scale modeling section of the forum.
Make sure you show off your handiwork as everyone loves a photo, especially WIP [Work In Progress] photos with build notes.
    Enjoy the forum.
Enjoy your woodwork and tool collection.....
Cheers from On Top DownUnder, crowie
