    Does any one know if i can glue brass together with epoxy?? or is there something better??

    You can glue it, better? depends what it's doing. Some more info would be good.

    You probably can. depends on the application and how strong it needs to be. You could try silver solder.

    Yes i need to attatch a rail on the side of a drinks trolley ( it is not used anymore) and it is just for show will this work??

    Super glue works well though not sure how it would preform with lateral stress. Screw it if you can.

    You can certainly glue brass to wood, so I expect you can glue two pieces of brass together.
