Errant weep holes ???
can anybody give me a clue as to the correct clearance between a wooden deck and the weep-holes on my newly acquired house in Brisbane, it is four years old slab on ground brick veneer.
We had an inspection done by archicentre and this was one of the problems they recorded.
I also have conflicting reports between them and the original plumber regarding moisture in a wall adjoining one of the bathrooms, will a timber moisture meter be accurate enough to take a moisture reading on the wall before I contact the original builders, (it is still covered by warranty insurance.)
