Default One for U-Beaut Hard Shellac

Neil, or anyone else who knows. Is U-Beaut hard shellac exported to the US?
    Cheers,

I believe that Penn State Industries is the US distributer of U-Beaut - Hard Shellac doesn't appear on their website, but they may have it (or put it in their next shipment from Geelong).

PS. Not sure if they have the "Shellac" range though because of shipping restrictions.

Neil has tried to get Penn State to stock the hard shellac, he even sent over some as samples, so far they have resisted.

Silly really as there is a demand for it over there.

And I checked both Penn State and CSUSA to no avail. The direct inquiry might work, though.

Either that, or they just like to yank our chains once in a while.

Haven't you noticed how insufferably pleasant things have been lately? Maybe the Christmas cheer is finally wearing down, and we're getting back to normal gradually.

    Cheers,

Just returned from 7 weeks in the USA and mayy have some good news about some more of our products being stocked ther in the not too distant future.

Have a very strong enquiry from a luthier specialist re Hard Shellac which at this point in time isn't available anywhere in the US. Will send them samples of the new Hard Shellac shortly for trials.

PSI are also interested in adding a few more products, mainly for turners. May be a number of months before anything happens but at least it's something to keep in mind.

    Cheers - Neil

PS if them yanks ever find out just how good the food in Australia is compared to what they're dished up over there, we'll all be talking with a funny accent and saying youall.
