Sydney’s a big place, but if you’re near the Northern Beaches try:
Plumber:
Tony Fordred: 9970 8909, Mob 0411 641 059
Gavin Woods: 99705813, Mob 0403 218 290
And there's a member here who's from Sydney, but I don't know anything about him apart from the fact that he's helpful with advice: wonderplumb
Tiler: Vince: 0407274864
Renderer: Mick Prismic: 9982 8748

They're good tradesmen and I've used them many times.
As a builder, they generally give me a good price, but if they're flat out then they may beef up the quote.
Best advice is to shop around a bit if their prices are too high. It's always smart to get a few quotes if there's a reasonable amount of work anyway.
