At least there’s a cover plate around the 2” pipe where it goes down through the carcase

Found this in a property. Big clue is the IKEA sticker on the sink.
Property also had a burst pipe and blocked drains.
Had great fun when I turned the water on. Tap over sink was on. Sink overflowed onto the floor, and the drain outside was blocked.

You should have seen the bend when it was full of liquid!
