    Default Estate Agents -Sydney

Sydney is today experiencing their biggest dust storm
    in seventy years.

Estate agents are doing a roaring trade.

So much dust has built up in the paddocks land owners
there are being charged exhorbitant fees for "transfer of
    land".

Probably is true. I once inspected a block of land in northern sydney that was quoted as 1200sq.m. Not way it was that big. I then realised that there was a cliff at the back of the block. If you count vertical sq.m I reckon you just might get there...

And if you took the "allan" out of "Wallan" you are left with a "W".
