Bathroom Vanity Installation & Screeding
I'm about to re-tile a bathroom floor over hardwood T&G.
1) What is normal practice for vanity installation?
Tile the floor first and sit the vanity on the tiles with a silicon seal under the edge
Install the vanity on top of the water-proofed FC underlay and then tile around it? In this case, won't the slope on the floor make it hard to fit the vanity nicely?
2) Where can I get info on how to put down a screed layer to slope the floor to the drain?
3) Is the screeding layer put down before the waterproofing membrane, or after?
