We got back to my place about 5pm, just in time to see the channel 9 news about the floods and the cattle on the road (Guy why didn't wave hello from your car while you were waiting)

What a great day! Sure we had a bit of heavy rain on the way down, but slowing down was fine and it soon passed.

What a wonderful day! I enjoyed the day immensely. Great food, great friends and great fun!

Yes, the photos are here, bear with me while I fight with my recalcitrant computer...

    Success! Yay!

    1. Neil and others turn pens out of so many different things, I wondered if this might one day turn up in a pen of someone's.....
    2. The view from Guy's workshop

    10. How cool is this! Guy and Lisa were able to fit us all around the tables at once!

I must add my thanks to Guy and Lisa for hosting the GTG, and second the comment about the whole event being so great.

Yeah! We NEVER talk about food at ours. Let alone eat it. (But we manage lots of turning too. )
