All I had to break up my concrete was a 2kg mash hammer, a small crow bar and a mattock, I'm gunna be sore tomorrow (sorry , I may be a bit slower than normal tomorrow). Lucky it was only a couple of metres of concrete to break up.

Sue just spotted me checking it out and said I quote "Its not big enough Pat" "just look Arnie is in the middle and no room left to swing the cat"

Me well at least you will have extra timber for making benches from the pallets or boxes or even a ramp

I've been playing in it all afternoon, the walls are covered in shavings and you can't see the floor .

Jefferson, I desperately need benches and drawers, PM me when you get back from Prossy.

Tea Lady, you're welcome to come over and play while 's away, send me a PM.

6 x double 10 amp and 1 x double 15 amp. Can always turn the double 10's into quads later.

GJ, I'm about to order 60 sheets of 2400 x 1200 16mm HMR melamine for two kitchens. If you want melamine instead of ply, now is the time to say. Bulk buy is better.

Also, please (I urge / implore you) to get some MDF and some batts and line/ insulate the walls beforehand. That will not only make life in the shed more bearable for heat and cold - but keep the noise down. And make it much easier to install the benches / overheads. Again, I just need the measurements. (I DO NOT DO LAMINATED TOPS).

AM, you turn nicely (much better than I), but please leave me something to feel good about. I assume you are being serious.... ????

If you are, the said two kitchens (mine and 's) may need your expertise.

I have the panel saw, nail gun etc etc all ready to go.

I also have a little bit of kitchen to build. We got a new stove and exhaust fan. Made a cupboard to go round the stove, but still need the cupboard to hold the exhaust fan and pipe and shelves and things. Hubby made a google sketch, but that is as far as we got. (Nail gut? All the books seem to screw and glue kitchen cupboards. )
