More than happy to bring it to the GTG, fits in the car's glovebox, and no mains electricity needed to make it work

Not sure where things sit for me atm. Exports at work have been shut down due to mouse overrun.
Yet to see if this means easy to get time off work or all hands on deck. Will find out Monday I hope

Dave, just take your cat and kittens to work for a couple of days. You won't have to feed them, and they will have heaps of fun and get plenty of exercise!

I recon that your 100 cats would struggle just to deal with the mouse birth rate. As a first estimate, 10,000 mice can produce around 50,000 little mice every 20 days, or roughly 2,500 per day.
At 10 mice per cat per day, your 100 cats would only be knocking over 1000 mice per day.regards from Alberta, Canada
