    So anyway, what did you say you made the bench top from again? Because my lathe is a hopper window with a warp in the sole which I think came from using Danish oil over a set of imperial plans.

    Midge, I'd use scary sharp for this one, then again, check out Neils book or try a shooting board.

    One of my students brought it in for a part of a research assignment. Now it's stuck in my head. (is that called a space invader?)
