Sorry guys, I have let the side down this week as no loss. Too many goodies from Fathers Day which lasted through the week.

Just discovered this thread, I would love to help out but I am exactly the same weight I was when I was 25 years old, but I'm a long way from being the same SHAPE. At 25 I was 185.5cm (6ft 1 in) tall, 86 kg (13.5 stone) and pretty fit. Now I'm 182.5cm tall, 86 kg and maybe fairly fit for my age but not as fit as I would like to be. My daughter measured my height a couple of weeks ago, I was amazed I lost 30mm in height. I should work out to get the shape back, but I think it's gone forever
.
Keep up the good work guys, looks like you will make it by Christmas easily.Regards
Bradford

93.5kg for me this week. A loss of 0.5kg again. Gets harder from here though as 93.5 is my regular weight.

Well done guys. A small loss is better than a gain. Dad's 80th birthday and a couple of slack mornings means I have not ridden a single kilometre on the bike this weekend and put away about 10 beers. I got me some work to do during the week. Ahhhh!!

Some people are like slinkies - not really good for anything, but they
bring a smile to your face when pushed down the stairs .

Can't weigh in this week guys. Bout of Gastro this week. I'm sure there's weight loss, but not the right type. See you next week.
